TLC Preschool

The Learning Center (TLC), is a ministry of Ocean View Baptist Church. We share a common philosophy based upon an understanding of the needs of children at each stage of development. It is our goal to prepare each child physically, emotionally, spiritually, and cognitively to enter the next phase of development.
