Join us as Ocean View partners with the International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach at HGTC!  You can reserve your Valentine’s Dinner Date meal kit and then join us online for a date-night cooking class led by world class Chef Humberto Guardiola.

Each kit comes pre-set with everything you need to have an amazing three course dinner at home, along with the experience and fun of cooking together!

Meal kits will be picked up at Ocean View on Sunday morning, February 14th.  A video link to the online class will be made live on the evening of Sunday, February 14th to have a Valentine’s Evening at home!

MENU:

First Course:  Shrimp and Carolina gold rice grits croquettes with smoked tomato sauce and crispy bacon (Those who indicate a shellfish allergy will be substituted with chicken bog croquettes)

Second Course:

Beef Wellington – Filet mignon coated with spinach and herb musseline and mushroom duxelle wrapped in a flaky puff pastry.  Served with a Madeira sauce.

Third Course:

Blueberry Bavarian with flambeed peach and brioche bread pudding and strawberry anglaise sauce.
