Ocean View Baptist Teaching Learning Center provides a quality preschool/childcare environment for young children.
In classes infant through younger 2 year olds, we use a curriculum by Pinnacle that is faith-based and uses developmentally appropriate practices. For our PreK2, PreK3 and PreK4 classes, we use a curriculum developed by Pensacola Christian College that is faith-based and strong in phonics and math. Our PreK3 through PreK4 classes attend weekly Storytime with the church librarian and weekly chapel. PreK2, PreK3 and PreK4 classes also receive instruction in basic Spanish vocabulary. We offer a weekly music class for infants through PreK4 during the school year.
Nutritious snacks and lunches are provided depending on the program in which the child is enrolled.
TLC's afterschool program provides transportation from Myrtle Beach Primary, Elementary and Intermediate to TLC during the school year.
