First View

First View OVBCFirst View is our weekly environment created especially for your infant (six weeks) through preschool-aged children. We believe in an active, hands-on approach to learning with preschool children. So, you can plan on a lot of jumping, singing, dancing, and laughter in every experience. We are ready for them!

It is our hope that your child will learn:
God loves me.
God made me.
Jesus wants to be my friend forever.

First View is available during the 9:00 a.m., 10:05 a.m. and 11:10 a.m. Sunday times.
We know things are busy at this stage of life and your children are learning and growing in amazing ways. We can’t wait to meet them!

Club 252

Club252 LogoClub 252 is our weekly adventure for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. At Club 252, we believe the Bible should never be boring, worship can be loud, and good leaders are consistent and always care. The focus is our small group environment. We want kids to see how God’s Word fits in to their lives, to learn how to talk to Him, and to build friendships that will last.

Before kids head off to middle school, we want to make sure these three things stick:
I need to make the wise choice.
I can trust God no matter what.
I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

We believe it’s important to make sure your child connects with the same friends and same leader at the same hour—every Sunday! Club 252 is available on Sundays during the 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. At 10:05, there’s Club 252+, where learning opportunities expand and become “now what?” life applications for everyday life. In short, age-appropriate elementary environments are available at all Sunday times!

Wednesday Evening Activities Resume in September.

Royal Ambassadors

Ambassadors OVBC

Royal Ambassadors (RA’s) is for boys in 1st through 5th grades and has been described by some as “Christian boy scouts.” Like GA, they meet weekly to learn more about missions around the world, where the boys are introduced to missionaries and their work. They also participate in local mission projects, scripture memorization, and some fun “boy” projects like camping and pinewood derby car racing. On Wednesdays at 6:30 pm during the school year.

Girls in Action

Girls in Action ovbcGirls in Action has a two-fold purpose- it teaches girls in grades 1 through 5 what missionaries are doing at home and around the world to lead others into a relationship with Jesus Christ. They partner with those missionaries in projects and prayer. Then GA also gives opportunities for the girls to experience first-hand in their own community how to reach out to others in need and point them toward Jesus. On Wednesdays at 6:30 pm during the school year.
