Bill Zerfass
Bill serves as Minister of Church Resources and has had a long association with Ocean View, both as church staff and lay leader. He has served as church treasurer, church administrator, deacon, Sunday School teacher, and on various committees. Bill was ordained to the ministry by Ocean View in August, 1996. Bill served as part-time church administrator at First Baptist Church of Myrtle Beach before becoming Minister of Church Resources for Ocean View in January 2001.

Bill was born and reared in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Nazareth High School, Benjamin Franklin University, and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from October 1947 to January 1950. Upon his discharge, he entered the Civil Service and worked for the Marine Corps at Headquarters, Marine Corps in Washington D.C. until his retirement in August 1984. He has a wife, three grown daughters, and two grandchildren, Erin and Andrew.

Bill has responsibility for the financial aspects of ministry, and he provides oversight to the support staff of Ocean View, to the use and care of the church's facilities and the administration of benevolence funds.
